The author reveals some very promising novelties on the main road of his favorite variation. Sakaev's work is oriented partially to represent the point of view of White and it is intended to help players create problems for Black in the Gruenfeld Defence. Still, it would be interesting for the players who enjoy playing the Gruenfeld Defence with Black as well. This book has summarized the contemporary theory up to March 10 2006.
