Did you know that?...
*    Meat-eaters have three times as many heart attacks as vegetarians.
*    A vegetarian diet decreases osteoporosis dramatically.
*    In endurance tests, vegetarians had more than twice the stamina and strength of meat eaters.
*    The vegetarian diet is a time-honored technique for promoting alertness and clarity of consciousness.
Though the potential benefits of moving toward a vegetarian diet are becoming increasingly recognized, simply dropping meat doesn't automatically make your diet better. The effort can backfire unless you have some understanding of how to do it properly. This book provides solid information on how to move m the direction of an optimal meat-free diet gradually and sensibly.
