presented with publishing author while species include publishing authors and place of publication. For each
species the geographical area of occurrence (Dist.) is abbreviated as follows: BO (Bolivia), BR (Brazil), CA
(Central America), CO (Colombia), EC (Ecuador), GU (Guianas), ME (Mexico), NA (North America), PE
(Peru), SC (Southern Cone [Cono Sur]), VE (Venezuela), WI (West Indies). All information is available at
