It is a fine piece of historical research by a renowned whistleblower, Dan Willis. He does an excellent job of explaining his role in all of this and establishing an illustrated chronological timeline to help organize the material.
You are unlikely to find a better and more accurate overview of the exopolitical scene unless he does another even better one himself.
