Ebook: Seat at the Table: Persons with Disabilities and Policy Making

The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms has been used to strike down fifty-eight statutes that permitted the exclusion of persons with disabilities, women, ethnic minorities, or gays and lesbians.
