Ebook: Geschlecht in der Geschichte: Integriert oder separiert? Gender als historische Forschungskategorie

Is gender one of the metacategories of historiographical research which must be factored in, integrated in every analysis? Or are separated, gender-isolating, and focusing approaches still legitimate, indeed necessary, in order to (re)write gender into history?
The volume is based on current research projects from historically oriented disciplines on the question of how the category »gender« is being investigated and what specific problems and benefits are associated with different modes of access. Methodological and (meta-) theoretical questions are the central focus.
