This book is a companion volume to Legal Education and Judicial Training in Europe (Ebrary ISBN 978 94 6094 752 0). It brings together the research papers of the Menu for Justice project - funded with support from the European Commission - that are helping to develop guidelines for a European curriculum of studies. The book shows the need for innovation in legal education, the current trends and difficulties, and finally, the opportunities offered by innovation.
