Gnomonics, the skill of building sundials, is the area of the most elegant application of mathematical geography. In accordance with that, with the students of the Faculty of Ge-ography in Belgrade, within the practical exercises from the Mathematical geography course, in the period 2013-2019, a project was realized under the informal title "The Sun shines for everyone", which is described in this book.
After explaining in Chapter 1 what mathematical geography studies and how it relates to gnomonics, the book details how the project went - why wall mounted ones were chosen of all sundials (Chapter 2), what the preparation and division of labor has been [mentor (cal-culation and draft) - student (realization), school principal with teachers (infrastructure support)] (Chapter 3), what the results are (Chapter 4) and what the possibilities of using sundials as teaching aids at all levels of education are (Chapter 5). The chapters are illus-trated via photographs taken by the students during their work.
