Murmurs of Otherwhere is a veritable grimoire in the tradition of Gaspard de la nuit and the Twelve Keys of Basil Valentine, each poem being both a hymn and a proper ceremonial invocation of the Christian triune Godhead through his diverse attributes utilizing a number of old and invented literary telesmata, the methodology of writing deriving from an eclectic mixture ranging from William Blake to the mahakavya poets especially magha, from the modern most current streams of rap, to Spenser and pre-Spenserian alliterative verse, using a range of aesthetics drawn from Kabbalah, Tantra, Taoist poets like Li-he and Meng jiao, to mystical, decadent and apocalyptic poets such as Hopkins, Vernon Watkins, Swinburne, AE Russell and others.
