Since the understanding of the most important issues in life is fading into the background, existence becomes confusing and puts a huge weight on the mental and physical health of earthlings.

I devoted my whole life to teaching and explaining my registered philosophy, called AKIA, with the mission of clearing this confusion and making people's lives better.

In this handbook, I focus on the metaphysical concepts of The Time as the unstoppable machinery, and how in the minds of many life and time exist in parallel universes.

I look at The Past with its power to pull people back and prevent joyful existence.

The book also deals with The five essential Senses, their importance their impact on one's way of thinking.

I dedicate a chapter to the metaphysics of The Family structure, with its delicate interwoven mind altering, also to The Traditions usually coming from the family background.

The next and one of the most important subjects in my book is the metaphysics of The Relationships. It is a playground where earthlings can show off their emotional intelligence. It goes hand in hand with The Sexuality chapter.

For me, the most exciting is the metaphysics of The Mind. Since everything happens there, understanding it is a necessity. It also offers an explanation of The Thought.

The metaphysics of Understanding chapter shows how one's way of thinking alters with new information entering the mind.

Emotion is the machinery of life, therefore I dedicated a chapter to them. While The Code and Life gained the last two chapters in my book.

This is a book one reads over and over again, gradually letting in the concept, allowing the mind to clear and life to become better.
