This book may appear to be controversial to some readers. However, it is the product of many years of observation, research, soul-searching, and discovery. My intention is for this book to be enlightening and thought-provoking, as it is not my character to be disrespectful to any individual, race, or organization.

My passion for this work is evident in my writing style. I felt compelled to speak up, inform, draw conclusions, and offer relevant recommendations. Changes can only happen when we are not afraid to be frank, when we are inspired to be the first to begin a journey, when we are strong enough to face any criticism, and we dare to try over-and-over again.

In this book, I have covered many topics. You may find some subjects may not be relatable to the next. However, I have divided the topics into sections to make them easier for you to read. At the end of each chapter or section, I provide a summary.

In part one of this book, the long journey I talk about began in July 1983, when I made a solemn promise to my mother that I would help the family. The doctor sent my mother home to wait for her last day on this planet due to breast cancer. I was about 17 years old.

When the time has come for us to serve, we must respond to the call. Many of us go through life thinking that life has no meaning, or we are waiting for someone else to do things, when in fact, we are the architect of what we want our life to be and what we can build with it.

Living in the diaspora, I discovered many Haitian descents and other people who do not know much about Haiti's unique history and why Haiti is the most impoverished nation in the Americas. I have provided my opinion on this so you can have a better understanding of Haiti and what we, the Haitian people, need to do to bring Haiti into the twenty-first century. We have the political and economic vitality in the diaspora to help our fellow Haitians in Haiti better themselves and the country. I believe the time to change Haiti is upon us. It is A Time To Act.

As a former candidate for State Representative District 45 in Florida, a US Navy veteran, and a businessman, I know a bit about politics, teamwork, and leadership. I've outlined my vision for a new Haiti as an attainable goal if we, the Haitian people in Haiti and those in the diaspora, desire to change Haiti for the betterment of all Haitians.

In this book, I elaborate on the theory of human originality based on credible sources. What I am conveying is that we are all human beings. We are connected one way or the other. Therefore, it is a time to act in the interest of all mankind regardless of color or where we live on this planet.

Many Black countries, Black communities, and Black people have been victims of exploitation, invasion, manipulation, and unfair treatment. In this book, I explain the importance of the power to forecast and the power of symmetry. I offer examples of how these two powerful words can be helpful in our day-to-day lives.

Some of the United Nations' unfortunate deployments have caused many problems in Black countries, especially Haiti and some African countries. I have provided some ideas for a better United Nations that may save us from a potentially destructive World War III.

Lastly, I have provided my own opinion for the Americas' renewed alliances and the negative development facing the United States of America that may threaten our national security.
