How To Follow Dr. Now Diet?

This book uses the acronym "FAT" to explain the three major components of his diet approach:

Frequency: This refers to how frequently you eat. Dr. Now suggests eating two to three meals every day, with no snacking in between.

Amount: This refers to the number of calories you should intake. He recommends limiting daily calorie consumption to 1,200 calories or less, divided evenly — 400 calories for each meal three times a day, or 600 calories for each meal twice a day.

Type: The foods you eat are also essential. He suggests staying away from sugar and eating low-fat, low-carb foods while increasing the protein and fiber composition of each meal. Protein and fiber might help you feel full and satisfied.
