This book presents my current understanding of judgement and decision making which has been shaped by twenty-four years’ experience of teaching, training, being key note speaker, data analyzing, research mentorship of recent decades. However I trace the central idea of this book in my research workshop when I was started it in Nov 2012.Whenever I was teaching to the post graduate students and clearing and make them understanding the basic concept of statistics in very easiest, making analogs of concepts, I come to know that everyone has different perception and intuitive and it helps them in metalearning of studies when they were clear about the base, concept, examples of real life, easiest way to remember formula’s. Students, researchers even faculties of every stream of medical science in university were happy with my lectures and explanations and insisting me to write which I taught them. Every time I got better and better feedback of about this statistical work and data assistance.
The traditional ‘Japmala’ has 108 beads, a perfect three-digit number multiple of three, its components adding up to nine, which is three threes and number three represents supreme balance and nine is universal number to serve the knowledge and this my “Third Book” which I am pleased to present it.
This book is divided into four parts as firstly basic statistics, Definitions of Biostatistics, its applications, frequency distributions. In the second part it has descriptive statistics as measures of central tendency, measures of dispersion, correlations, regressions, categorical analysis. In the third one it has inferential statistics and forth one has vital statistics and its applicability. Each part is self-explanatory and solved examples make the concepts more understandable and help to metalearning and framed systematically. You may be surprised by how simple it is to learn statistics and to present it.
