Fender Tucker has written six stories about the town of Farmington, found in the northwest corner of New Mexico, as it was in days of yore. The three three stories, "Angelus of Doom", "The Glowing Green Gambit" and "Jicarilla Mud" take place in the innocent mid-50s and feature the Miley Gang, a group of oil bidness people and the stories they had to tell.

The final three stories, "The Naked Trocar", "Siege on Main Street" and "The Best Revenge" add more fuel to the old Farmington fire, giving you glimpses into the years of 1989, 1965 and 1899.

How can anyone who's lived in Farmington resist this book? It's not a history of the town with all of the local celebs' life stories, but it's the best we have.
