'...Christian denominations outside the Catholic Church should come into line with the Church and recognize what she has always recognized, namely, that the Jews are perpetual inimici of the Church of Christ, and carry out some of the Canons of the Church in relation to the Jews in a community, which are still in full force and effect and should govern the conduct and affairs of both Catholic and Protestant.'
