RECORD OF REVELATION THE BIBLE
Wilfrid J. Harrington, O.P.
"I find Record of Relocation: The Bible a ver> readable and interestingly writ ten general introduction which I should be happy to recommend to anyone.” FATHER BRUCE VAYVTER, c:.m .
“The reader of this introduction will not have to subject himself to much ‘un learning’ when he goes on to more in tensive study of the Bible. . . . The work should be welcomed by many Scripture professors who have been looking for an introduction that is in line with recent
scholarship.” FATHER EUGENE MALY
“In Record of Revelation Father Har rington extends to the Old Testament seminary course his gift for simplified clarifying of issues that are still in fer ment” FATHER ROBERT NORTH, s.j.
“. . . can be heartily recommended to the audience he had in mind—the sem inarian and the lawman. It is up-to-date in its factual information, admirable in its clarity of expression, and sure of its grasp of basic theological issues.” FATHER W. L. MORAN, s.j.
“It is for both of them (clergy and educated laity) that Fattier Harrington has written . . . the Record of Revolution. It is a pleasure to be able to say that he has admirably achieved his purpose. He has clearly delineated a sound theologi cal introduction to the entire Biole. He has made use of the conclusions best established by modem research in in troducing the books of both the Old anil New Testament.” FATHER ROLAND DE VAUX. o.p.
