Ebook: Crucial Conversations: Tools for Talking When Stakes are High

I read this book for a book club at work. I found the content to be good and applicable to both my personal and professional life. However, I don't feel that it will lead to many changes in behavior or outlook on life. Not a bad read, but there are probably others out there more worth the time. Just my opinion.
