It wasn't an easy task to improve the first edition of this book, but Rick Clark has done it. New chapters are amazing, specially the Engineering Philosophy and the Tracking Notes with Chuck Ainlay. The appendix is also much better now. The book is a treasure for any recordist, musician or producer, no matter if you're a pro or a hobbyst. As an owner of dozens of books related on this subject, I surely put this one in my Top 3. This is a warm analog book, in opposite to some harsh digital books. Well done, Rick!
