Sounds boring, but did you know that Farsi is considered a Germanic language like French and Norwegian?? Also teaches the finer points of language, how words are pronounced and how different dialects develop. Broken down into easy-to-comprehend chapters, each deals with a certain part of the history of language and breaks it down into groups based on geography. From 1 being the easiest and 10 being the worst, reading level is about a 4 yet so much information compacted into a small book creates a dryness level of 8.
