Ebook: Web Warehousing and Knowledge Management (Enterprise Computing Series)

I didn't understood why a book like this, that was published by McGraw Hill don't have a bibliography. I considered this a big fail in this book 'cause we can't know if what the author wrote was only his experience or if he had based his book on other books and articles.
