Ebook: Leadership for Innovation: How to Organize Team Creativity and Harvest Ideas

Seriously, this book was recently published. I would give it four stars if it were published 30 years ago. I don't see any orignial contribution for this topic. Most of the "Key Points" are just common sense. The worst part is the lack of depth in many important topics. The author talks about risk-taking again and again, but never gets further to explain what the risks might be and how to effectively manage those risks. If you think a book with prevailing superficiality would help you a lot, then go ahead and buy this book.
