Technical note. Directorate of missile intelligence army missile command. 1962. – 47 р.This computer program computles a ballistic trajectory from burn out
or any point thereafter to impact. It assumes point mass and a spherical earth. The program takes into account air resistance, the variation of the gravitational and centrifugal field with altitude, and earth's rotation. It uses a system of co-ordinates (X, Y, and Z) rigidly connected with the rotating earth. The computer program is written in Fortran II and an autocoder deck has been compiled. The program is run on the IBM 1410 computer. It is being adapted for use on the IBM 1620 computer for use by the Army. This program may be obtained from the Scientific Programming Section; Program No. SP
9. It was programmed by W.B. Warren of the Scientific Research Staff.
