Ebook: Case and agreement: person hierarchy in Kadiwéu

This come from Sandalo (1995, 1997), from field notes (1993-1999), and from more specific field research in this topic in January of 2004 (during the Field Methods Class in EVELIN), and in November of 2003 and February of 2004 in the Kadiwéu territory.
