Abstract. Comparative analysis of dynamic characteristics of Plasma renin activity (PRA) is carried out after blocking of L- type channels only and after combined blocking of L- and T- type channels. For functional analysis is used computer program KORELIA. Normalized coefficient of quality factor is estimated , which allows to compare different processes. Original method for representation of curve of velocity and acceleration PRA changes is used. The estimated dynamic characteristics demonstrate better quality of regulation after blocking of L- type channels alone.
