Ebook: Turbomachinery: Design and Theory (Dekker Mechanical Engineering)

Looking at this book, I was immediately struck that portions of it appeared to me to be almost a direct copy of a 1956 book by Cornell Professor Dennis G. Shepherd called Principles of Turbomachinery. Many of the pictures are IDENTICAL, and even some tables appear to have been lifted directly out of Professor Shepherd's book. What's up with that?
