In order to snatch and control the oil resources, the United State even launched the Iraq War. China and Japan also competed intensely for Russia’s Far East oil pipelines. The main oil producing areas in the world witnessed continuous political turbulence and social disorder. And the terrorism is spreading to whole the globe. Therefore, the issue of worldwide oil security has aroused global attention.
