There is an historical introduction about the Rusyn population and its diaspora in Europe and beyond. Some pages are devoted to the orthographic rules: in the dictionary every Rusyn word bears the graphic accent used to mark the phonetic stress, a piece of information that is very important because it shows the difference between Rusyn and Slovak prosody.
