Manage Your Career was the first book BEP published. We are proud to present the authors revised edition. The revision features some organizational restructuring. Key 1 and Key 2 in the book are recast as gaps to be overcome, and Keys 3 and 4 as bridges to be built to cross these gaps in order to enhance ones personal and professional effectiveness. Key references have been updated and new ones have been added. A brand new checklist for self-reflection, and a model self-reflection paper, will be included in an all new Appendix II, and the current Appendix will become Appendix I. Appendix II is a valuable new addition to the work that individuals as well as instructors who use the book -- can use to help themselves and their students for analyzing ones own prior work experience using the framework of the book to gain new insights that could enhance ones personal and professional effectiveness at work
