The study will first delineate their perspectives about the subject-matter (i.e. the institutional elites in statecraft), and then the author will compare and contrast their views including his own analysis as well. Selected comparative sections that pertain to the traceable criteria and processes of their views in order to complement an able and effective agent of statecrafting a civilization are presented.
