This book is absolutely great. I've been cooking from it for a couple of years and it has yet to disappoint. It's got a great mix of recipes from all over - you really get the fruits of the authors' wanderlust. Citrus and other acids (as well as chiles) are a persistent theme, and they make sure that the flavors are bright and delicious. I can't recommend this book enough for anyone who loves to grill and wants to expand their repertoire.
