Ebook: The Swift programming language (pre-release)

Describes Swift, a new programming language developed by Apple for its Mac OS X and iOS platforms. This is a pre-release of Swift documentation.

Swift has familiar Java-like syntax but includes some features from modern programming languages: static typing and (limited) type inference, immutable values, polymorphism, algebraic data types, and closures.
